Returning items
You are welcome to try on the products to see if they fit. Please make sure they are returned unused and in their original packaging. We kindly ask that shoes are tried on indoors only.
How to get a return label
Simply fill in the form on this page and we’ll send you a return label within one working day.
How to pack your return
Place your shoes in the original shoebox and pack the shoebox in the shipping box in which you received your order, or in another shipping box. Seal the package properly so that nothing can fall out during shipping.
How to send your order back to us
After contacting us about returning your product(s), you’ll receive a return label via email. Stick that label on the box and bring it to your nearest UPS station.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days (but most of the times, it will take 1-2 days). You will receive an email from us once your refund is made.
