If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. Simply reach us by phone or email listed below to initiate a return.
Then return your item(s) as follows:
1. Return packaging
Place your shoes in the original shoebox and pack the shoebox in the shipping box in which you received your order, or in another shipping box. Seal the package properly so that nothing can fall out during shipping. After contacting us about returning your product(s), you'll receive a return label via email. Stick that label on the box and bring it to your nearest UPS station.
2. return shipping costs
Customers from the United States of America can return shoes free of charge via UPS by using the label you'll receive in your inbox.
Unfortunately, the free return procedure does not apply for returns from anywhere else than the United States of America. If you wish to return your order (or part of it) from outside the USA, then you will need to pay postage.
Once we have received your return, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days (but most of the times, it will take 1-2 days). You will receive an email from us once your refund is made.
