Shipping is free of charge for shipments within the United States of America excluding the region: Virgin Islands.
In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Returning your item is free of charge for returns from the United States of America.
Where we deliver
At wolky.com, we can deliver to any location within the United States, except U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
If you’re ordering from Canada, visit www.wolky.ca for free shipping and returns.
If you would like to have your order delivered at another place than into the United States of America, we’d ask you kindly to go to wolky.nl and pay in euro’s. Unfortunately, due to logistic reasons, we are unable to ship to Canada.
Carriers
By default, all parcels within the United States of America are transported with UPS. In some cases we will use another carrier to speed up the delivery time.
At the checkout, you have the option to leave a note for the carrier. For example, whether the package can be delivered to the neighbors.
Delivery time
Your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 7 business days. Do you have other wishes regarding the delivery time of your package? Please let us know and we will take this into account. If items are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you. Availability of the items depends on the stock in our stores and warehouse. If you have ordered two or more items, it is possible that your order will be delivered in parts when one of the shoes you have ordered, came with an extended delivery time.
Tracing your order
After placing the order, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing your personal track-and-trace code once your order has shipped. With this code you can track your package.
Tax
Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same state or province as your shipping address. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We don’t know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.
